APX MULTIPLE DWELLING UNIT ENCLOSURES
APX Enclosures, Inc. High Security Multiple Dwelling Unit Enclosures (MDU) are designed to provide cable service providers the highest level of protection even in the most dangerous locations.  These enclosures provide our customers a superior level of protection against vandalism and cable theft.

STANDARD CONSTRUCTION

A. ENCLOSURE

1. The main body of the enclosure is supplied in 16 Gauage Galvanized Steel.
2. All welds are ground smooth for a clean neat apprearance.
3. Tolerances between the main body of the enclosure and the lid are precise to eliminate pry points.
4. A plywood panel is provided to mount Cable Connention Equipment.
5. The standard design includes a harden steel shaft that is designed to pass through the lid and the main enclosure body along with a high security Brass Lock with case hardened shakle.
6. Standard two (2) or three (3) way knockout patterns are provided.  Custom Knock out patterns are available.

B. LID

     1. Lid is supplied in 12 gauge galvanized steel.

    2. All welded seams are ground smooth for clean neat appearance.

    3. Lid is secured to the enclosure via a lanyard for hands-free access into the main enclosure.

C. FINISH

    1. MDU Enclosures are supplied standard with a baked polyester powder finish.
